![]() The Dragons are excited to welcome Coach Matt to the team! Coach Matt has been teaching swim lessons for the last two years at the North Family YMCA, and brings a new outlook of swimming to the team. ![]() Coach Matt is excited to give everything that he knows back to the team that made him into the swimmer he is now. He was a swimmer on the Dragons prior to becoming a coach. The Dragons are focused on training hard to improve their strokes and Coach RL and Coach Matt are excited to see what the Dragons go to accomplish this coming season!Ĭoach Matt is a new coach to the Dragons for the 2022/2023 Fall/Winter season. The Dragons were able to break a 4 years win streak from another team in the conference.Ĭoach RL has the goal to double the amount of swimmers that go to the State and Regional meets 2022/2023 Fall/Winter season. Over the summer 2022 the Dragons were able to win their first conference meet. Coach RL had 11 swimmers go to the Iowa YMCA State meet and 6 swimmers to the Iowa YMCA Regional meet. During his time he has been able to drive the team to create new opportunities for those in and out of the pool. Into young athletes of whom all of Canada can be proud.Coach RL has been coaching the North Dragons Swim Team for the last year. Ultimately, this provides these swimmers with the opportunity to develop Service in the form of a recreational and competitive swim club to the residents In its continuing efforts to provide the highest level of trainingĪnd opportunities for young swimmers, the Swimming Dragon delivers a valuable community The Club trains in various Board of Education and High school pools throughout the Over 230 swimmers from the ages of 4 to 16, training under several coaches. The Swimming Dragon offers a program of developmentĪnd competitive swimming for youth of all ages and abilities. By former chinese national swimmer Sen Yang and Yang Gao.
